Husband, Father, Christian. Billboard charting artist and Recording Academy member, Joey Vantes just released his latest album titled Northstar, and the single everyone has been hype over is the duet with his 13 year old daughter, Bella Vantes titled, ‘Sonder‘.
A Spirit filled worship track laid over a chill dancehall style beat, is definitely giving vibes perfect for the season. “The vision was to let our heart for God and worship in His presence be realized in a modern way that all ages could enjoy and join in with”, said Joey.
“The fact that all of us as humans go through the complexities of life in our own way only magnifies the great need we have for God on a daily basis” said Bella. “That’s why we need to worship and cast all of our cares on Jesus.”
An industry executive said, “It gives me an OVO feel, mixed with Sade style vocals, and the bonus of being a worship track. Bella sounds so different from anything else out right now, but she’s like an old soul in that she can also hit the older demographic as well as the youth, which is crazy to me.”
Joey has been helping to shape the raw talent that is Bella Vantes, and at 13 she is already making major waves. Sought after currently by 4 major labels, Joey’s plan is to continue to further grow Bella’s style, sound, and catalog.
